My name is Parmees, and I’m a brain-based high performance trainer who specializes in human behaviour and brain optimization. But more specifically—I am passionate about the art and science of human persuasion.
My background being in applied neuroscience and positive psychology, I take an evidence-based approach to help success-driven individuals (just like you!) become magnetic, head-turning, profitable leaders in their respective fields through a ‘proprietary persuasive process’ (say that three times) that turns their words into wealth.
Combining an intriguing blend of tasteful marketing and brain-based science, I guide you to effortlessly:

My story.
As I alluded to, I’ve always had a thing for understanding the brain, behaviour and people; what drives us? What makes us tick? Why do we do what we do? What directs our choices? This led me to pursue psychology and neuroscience academically.
Humbly, I’ve always had a knack for being able to take abstract ideas and concepts and make them sound sexy on paper. Whether it was creative writing, persuasive essays or intense debates, I always found myself at the top of my game when it came to using words to influence my readers or listeners.
Naturally, merging my passion for studying the the brain and behaviour, my skill in writing, along with my drive for being my own boss, I found myself in the unique and unplanned position of working as a copywriter for various well-known figures and brands while in university.
Hopping from one project to the other, I quickly climbed the proverbial ladder of success within the copywriting and digital marketing space, exposing me to many of the industry’s best-kept secrets to magnetic branding, subconscious selling and neuromarketing.
These successful brands I worked with, I learned, weren’t much different than their competitors albeit in one aspect: they were masters at persuasion.
What these people had, was a set of tools and techniques that underlay human behaviour, and used their presence and language in a way that evoked action in their followers.
This realization has had me fascinated with the difference a subtle change of words and actions can make to the outcome of a whole conversation, and it has fuelled my study of the precise triggers that cause a shift in a person’s belief and decision-making system.
And this, taught me (almost) everything I needed to know about the craft of effective communication.
After 6 years spent being the voice behind personal brands; crafting their sales copy, nurturing their audiences, strategizing launches, and writing their compelling content, I’ve picked up on the subtle differences that allow one person to have a magnetic brand and personality and for the other to be left unnoticed.
Therefore, I decided to combine my studies of people, the brain and business into a methodology to teach and empower emerging leaders how to be more powerful and persuasive in their self-presentation and messaging.
Now, I’ve dedicated part of my work to the forgotten art of interpersonal communication and the power that the right words and actions at the right time can have to achieve the right results.
